Your help is urgently needed to help the Yes on Measure B1 Campaign.
Measure B1 is a renewal of the Measure A parcel tax, passed in 2011, that brings in 12% of the AUSD budget – which equates to $12 million annually! The only way for Measure B1 to pass is if WE the COMMUNITY of Love VOLUNTEER our time to help. If we lose this funding, Love Elementary would need to raise over $300,000 a year = the equivalent of 20 Walk-A-Thons!
How can you help?
Visit the Phone Bank
Monday through Thursday until the election. You can go for 20 minutes, an hour, whatever time you can spare. Please bring your cell phone and charger. THURSDAY NIGHTS are HAIGHT ELEMENTARY nights at the Phone Bank! They are expecting our community to come out and support this! Become a Weekend Neighborhood Canvasser
Show up on Saturday between 10am-12pm at First Congregational Church of Alameda, 1912 Central Ave (at Chestnut). You will be given a list of voters/houses to knock on their door by 8pm Sunday! Do as much as you can – if you only have one hour to spare – ANYTHING you do will make a difference!
